There are many things we can learn from Tae Kwon Do. One thing I've recently discovered about Tae Kwon Do is how well it can help children with ADHD. If you have a chance, take a look at "Psychology Today". Michael J. Formica, MS, MA, EdM, psychotherapist, teacher and writer talks about Martial Arts and ADD/ADHD. Another website that really looks interesting is Attitude Living Well With Attention Deficit. Here, you will find a blog called "ADHD Parenting Blog", where some parents come and share their stories about how Tae Kwon Do helps to improve their children. More useful links will be added over time. Thank you.
